Sealed proposals for the 2021/2022 Sidewalk and Concrete Repair Program Water Main
Breaks will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan via MITN website (www.mitn.info)
as owner until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read. PLEASE NOTE: Bids may only be submitted via the MITN WEBSITE. No physical bid submission will be accepted.

The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
The replacement of approximately 26,100 square feet of concrete sidewalk, drives,
ADA ramps, local and major roads and other related items of work, within the City of
Livonia.

Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan
Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.mitn.info.
Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed
“responsive”. Late bids will not be considered. All addendums will be posted on MITN Website. Any information not obtained from the MITN website should not be relied upon.
All bids must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat Format.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form issued
by an approved Surety Company.
Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked: Bid-2021/2022 Sidewalk
and Concrete Repair Program Water Main Breaks: Contract 21-F and received by the
City Clerk on or before the time and date given above.
The bidder shall demonstrate that they have successfully completed projects in at least
three (3) years of equal scope in the State of Michigan totaling more than $150,000 in
construction work.
