Summary of Specifications:
The City of Livonia is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment needed to perform a building restoration on the salt storage (Domar) structure located in the Glendale Storage Yard.

The restoration could include the following:

*Stripping and re-roofing the structure *Carpentry work and repair *Structural deficiencies repair / replace any that are found or exist *Rebuild the Entrance of the Salt Dome *Masonry restoration, repair and patching *Rewire the electrical system
