NOTICE TO BIDDERS 
TRANSIT SOFTWARE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 
The City of Livonia is requesting proposals for TRANSIT SOFTWARE.
Specifications will only be available online at the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group at. Hard copies of specifications will not be available. Instructions to bidders may be obtained by registering with MITN at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn. 
Electronic proposals will be received through the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No physical bids will be accepted. Late bids will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be considered.

Bids received via the MITN website by the specified due date and time will be publicly opened at the due date and time via Zoom. Vendors may attend the bid opening virtually by using the following credentials:

Contractor shall demonstrate that they have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing the scope of work specified herein.
No bidder may withdraw his proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia. Portions of this Contract may  be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties. 
A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on June 7, 2023 via Zoom. Proposals will only be accepted from firms in attendance at the mandatory prebid. Use the credentials below to access the mandatory prebid meeting.
