This is a request for quotes to upgrade the audio visual system in the livonia police training room. System upgrade should consist of a three input switch in the existing PC cart, to accomidate a display port feed from the PC and provide auxillary HDMI/VGA/3.5mm connections. Output siwtch should provide HD signal to a new projector as well as a HD feed to existing wall mount display.
Equipment should include:

1-Extron DP DA2 two output display port distribution map
1-Samsung DB55E 55" commercial display with wall mount
1- Dalite Projector Screen, pull down with easy up quick release.
1-Minimum of 3 year warranty
Any and all other material/mounting hardware and equipment needed for installation, installation labor, project management and training.
All shipping and handling is to be included in quote. Installation, removal/replacement of existing equipment, and clean up must be included in quote.
Vendors should include all costs associated with project including travel, hardware or other service costs.
