Description

The City of Livonia Michigan will receive sealed bids via the MITN WEBSITE ONLY (www.mitn.info) for Vending Services 2024-2026 according to the specifications herein. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on JANUARY 9, 2024. No faxed bids will be accepted. No late bids will be accepted. No physical bids will be accepted. All bid responses must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format via the MITN website. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON CITY OF LIVONIA FORMS.

A prebid meeting will take place on DECEMBER 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be
held the Kirksey Recreation Center located at 15100 Hubbard St., Livonia, MI 48154. Vendors
may access other vending machine locations by contacting Jeannine Poulin, Operations
Manager at jpoulin@livonia.gov. Vendors should not show up to the locations without prior
authorization from the Recreation Department.
