Summary of Specifications:
The City of Madison Heights is accepting sealed bids for a parking lot replacement project at Ambassador Park. Please see attached for specifications and submittal requirements.
This is a Federally Funded project.
The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. Proposals shall be submitted on the provided forms, in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Madison Heights, Clerk’s Office by 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 and marked “2018 Ambassador Park Parking Lot Replacement Project, Bid #1024”, to be opened at 11:05 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid and be made payable to the City of Madison Heights, as security for acceptance of the contract.
