Summary of Specifications:
The City of Madison Heights is seeking bids for pavement markings as outlined in the attached bid specification.

This bid is for street pavement markings to be applied between May 2, 2005 and September 30, 2005. This agreement may, with signed change order and agreement by both parties, be extended at the same unit prices for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The City reserves the right to do all or a portion of the bid during the term and/or extension of the agreement.
