For a submission to receive consideration the service provider shall provide all the requested bid submission forms, completed and signed by the authorized representative from the organization. Proposals must be clearly labeled “City of Manistee Refuse Services” and must be received prior to the deadline. No late submissions will be accepted. Complete proposals with attachments may be emailed to hpefley@manisteemi.org in PDF format or a complete hard copy can be mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope to the City of Manistee, Attn: Heather Pefley, City Clerk, 70 Maple Street, Manistee, MI 49660. By: Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.  Proposals are considered received when in the possession of the City Clerk’s Office.
