ITB-3868 - 2017 Main Street Improvements; Contract No. 21

Summary of Specifications:
CONTRACT NO. 21 is for the complete demolition of the existing streetscape, and construction of a new streetscape of Main Street from Jerome Street/M-20 to the East End Building parking lot driveway, just south of the Poseyville Road Bridge. Work includes: Removal of sidewalk and driveways within the right-of-way of Main Street; The reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalks, including curb and gutter; Streetscape work including the installation of planters, plants, irrigation system, and new illumination bases and poles, and site furnishings, signal pole base removal is also included.
