Description

The City of Midland Water Distribution Department is soliciting prices on equipment rental and operators, to be used for emergency Hydro-Vacuum Excavation services on an “As Needed” basis through April 30, 2020. There will be no obligation to have equipment or personnel on standby and the City will call in order of "best price" first and continue down the list until needed service is available. Due to the nature of the emergency services, contractors within a 25 mile radius of Midland, MI, will be primarily considered.
