Sealed bids will be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 333 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan 48640-5132, until 2:00 p.m., September 15, 2020 to provide Engineering Design Services per the attached specifications. After 2:00 p.m., no further proposals will be received. Note that per Executive Order 2020-147 a face mask or covering is required to enter the building. We will refuse entry to any individual not wearing a mask. Technical questions shall be directed to Shane Bjorge, Assistant City Engineer, at (989) 837-3353.

SUBMISSION OF QUALIFICATIONS AND FINANCIAL PROPOSAL :
Two separate envelopes are to be submitted. Envelopes must be sealed and marked on the face with company name and address, the project name, and “Bid No. 4111A – Qualifications” and the second envelope “Bid No. 4111B – Financial Proposal”.
