Selected City facilities were damaged by freshwater flooding in May 2020. City seeks proposals to provide flood-damage assessment services with bid plans/specifications to repair/replace of existing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems serving the Grace A Dow Memorial Library. The purpose of this RFP is to select and contract with a professional engineering firm to provide the necessary assessment services. A separate consultant retained by City will assess the Architectural, Structural and Civil portions of the damaged facilities.
