Project Description: The project involves the construction of Cell 17 South, and all other related work at the City of Midland Landfill as specified in the Bid and Contract documents at a price and schedule which is suitable to the Owner, at the Owner’s sole discretion.

Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting and Site Inspection: An electronic mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders who wish to attend the electronic pre-bid meeting should email Scott O’Laughlin at solaughl@midland-mi.org no later than 9:00am on March 12, 2021 to request an invitation. The site will be available or an unaccompanied site inspection between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm from March 15, 2021 through March 19, 2021. Bidders must sign in at the scale house upon arrival and questions resulting from the site inspection should be submitted in written form following the instructions below. Bidders must attend both the electronic pre-bid meeting and perform a site inspection to be eligible to bid.
