Description

Sealed bids will be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 333 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan 48640-5132, until 2:00 p.m., September 28, 2021 to provide Engineering Design Services per the attached specifications. After 2:00 p.m., no further proposals will be received. Note that per Executive Order 2020-147 a face mask or covering is required to enter the building.
