Description

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, JUNE 11, 2024 to provide Midland Fire Department with pricing for the replacement of Station 3 bay floor, per the attached specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions shall be directed to Tyler Abbs, City of Midland Facilities Manager at (989) 837-3370.

SCHEDULE & CONSTRUCTION PHASING:
Prior to the beginning of work, representatives from the contactor and City shall meet at a mutually agreeable time to discuss coordination of schedules. The contractor shall submit, for approval by the City Facility Manager, a construction schedule at the time of the preconstruction meeting. All work must be competed and concrete has had full 28 day cure time before October 1st, 2024.
