Summary of Specifications:
The City of Midland is in the process of bidding the purchase and installation of In-Ground self-contained 2 Post Full Rated Capacity 70,000 Lift (35,000 lbs. per post). The lift will be installed at 4811 North Saginaw Road, Midland, Michigan. The purchase will include labor and materials for a fully functioning and warranted system. Installation will include excavating, removal of all spoils, pouring of new pad for lift backfilling and finishing of concrete per hoist manufacturer specifications
