Original project not to exceed cost estimate has been removed as additional funds have been identified for the project. The City encourages all interested parties to submit proposals with a detailed services fee proposal. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 25, 2023 to design and conduct study to examine the County Connection and Dial-A-Ride transit system, per the specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions shall be directed to Amy Bidwell, Dial-A-Ride manager, via email abidwell@midland-mi.org with “RFP 4334 Rebid – County Connection Dial-A-Ride Transit Study” in the subject line prior to April 6, 2023 2:00 P.M..
