RFQ - 1968 - RFQ 1968 - Generator Load Bank Testing

Provide a resistive load bank and make temporary connections for full load test.  The load test shall be a 2 hour run time loading generator to 75% of nameplate current.  A full set of test results shall be provided to the owner.  Test results shall indicate time/date of test, stack temperature, engine temp, volts/phase under load, current/phase under load, hertz under load, ambient temp, oil pressure, unit loaded current, and any other deficiencies of the unit.  Price shall include all travel and set up time.  WWTP personnel shall provide directions and access to all generators. Please bid out generators by department. Load banks will be done from 7:30am – 4:00pm time frame, Monday-Friday, and not on city holidays.  City will not provide people on overtime.
