RFP - 3893 - Washington Woods Outside Path Lighting

Washington Woods is seeking a provider that will:

1. Purchase and install LED lighting on 8 to 10 foot poles to adequately light the back emergency path on the East and West side of Washington Woods.
2. New underground wiring will be needed to support the needed path lights.
3. Washington Woods is requesting three alternate quotes to be included in the RFP. 
   1. Alternate quote for the removal of the existing path lights. 
   2. Alternate quote for additional lighting for the back circle that would match proposed path lighting fixtures.
   3. Alternate quote for additional lighting to be extended to the front of the west side of the building that would match the proposed path lighting fixtures.
