ITB-3869 - Water Plant Lighting Installation

Summary of Specifications:
We are replacing or retrofitting our HID interior and exterior lighting. Contractor will be responsible for removal of existing fixtures. Installation of new LED fixtures; or removal of ballast and installing new LED lamp as specified. Fixtures and LED retro-fit lamps will be provided by the City of Midland. Old fixtures and lamps will need to be sorted out and disposed of in dumpsters/bins on site. Dumpsters/bins to be provided by the City of Midland for disposal. Contractor will be responsible for any parts, seal tight, anchors, wire nuts, locknuts, fittings etc. needed for install. All fixtures should be a direct replacement and mounted in same location. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to obtain any lifts, scaffolding or equipment to remove and replace fixtures on site.
