Description

Attached are the specifications for the chemicals that need to be bid for the upcoming fiscal year for both the Wastewater and Water Treatment Plants. We are asking suppliers to provide bid prices for the following durations:

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Liquid Ferric Chloride – 3 year bid (Bid Unit $/ton)
Cationic Polymer - 3 year bid (Bid Unit $/lb)

Water Treatment Plant

Zinc Orthophosphate – 2 year bid (Bid Unit $/ton)
Sodium Hypochlorite – 2 year bid (Bid Unit $/gallon)

We would like bids to be received on Monday May 21, 2018 @ 10 AM with the anticipation of recommending an award at the June 4, 2018 City Council meeting. Bids will need to be held for 60 days.
