Summary of Specifications:
Demolition Services at 1259 East Front Street. The services to be provided include demolition of the structure in accordance with the City of Monroe Demolition Specifications dated September 26, 2011. The demolition services shall also include the front sidewalk; the fence and brush that run along the north, south and west property lines; and the dead tree in the middle of the yard. The large trees at the southwest corner and northwest corner shall not be removed. An asbestos survey has been done on this structure; therefore, number three (3) on the City of Monroe Demolition Specifications is not applicable.
