ITB-ES-2012-003 - Demoltions Services - 1801 Bayview Drive

Summary of Specifications:
The services to be provided include demolition of the structure in accordance with the City of Monroe Demolition Specifications dated September 26, 2011. The demolition services shall also include the accessory building, fence along southwest and north side of the property, trees in the middle of the yard, all shrubs, front private sidewalk and remove approach curb. Reinstall the curb per City of Monroe specifications. An asbestos assessment will be required and is included in the bid. Water service is in the terrace and will be abandoned at the main (City cost $1,000.00). We agree to provide these services at the following quoted price. See attached letter and specifications for additional information.
