ITB-EW-2014-09 - Dirt Spoils Removal

Summary of Specifications:
• The Water Department is interested in removing all the spoils from water excavating related projects as field marked. Specifications  Remove approximately 1,200 cubic yards (CYD) of spoils that includes dirt, rock, asphalt, concrete, brush, etc from two different sites. Both sites are clearly marked / flagged to avoid any further additional accumulation of spoils. The contractor will be responsible for determining the actual CYD to be removed. The first site is 937 E. Front St. and the second site is at the dead end of Conant St (Old City Dump) both are within City of Monroe limits.  Successful bidder must adhere to the local trucking routes within city limits.  Successful bidder must have all spoils removed within 3 weeks of purchase order issuance at both sites and or completed by June 30th 2014.  Sites must be graded and level to grade
