RFP-EW-2015-06 - Multifunction Printers

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals from companies qualified to furnish, install, train and provide ongoing maintenance & service for two (2) multifunction printers. One must be capable of printing and copying in black and white and color at 35/25 pages per minute and the other must be capable of printing and copying in black and white and color at 45/35 pages per minute. Both machines must be capable of serving as a printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine. These devices will be utilized at the City of Monroe Police Department.
