Summary of Specifications:
The City of Monroe is interested in contracting for the management of the MMSC for a five (5) year period beginning January 1, 2011. The City's goal is to provide for the long-term operational and financial viability of the MMSC while continuing to provide first class recreational opportunities to city residents and visitors to the community. The City's goal is to offer multiple sports opportunities at the MMSC. The City's goal is also to expand the overall usage rate of the facility, while operating the facility in a financially responsible manner.
