Summary of Specifications:
The Monroe City Council seeks a qualified consultant to develop and implement an informational program regarding the proposed millage request for replacement of its Central Fire Station. This is meant to be a community-wide informational program that the City will use as a means to inform the public of the need for a new facility and why a special millage is necessary to finance its construction. Therefore, they have directed that City staff solicit proposals from professional consultants who have experience and a successful track record for assisting municipalities and/or other public organizations in developing effective, consistent and targeted informational programs.
