ITB-EW-2015-15 - Water Disribution Materials 2015-2016

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Monroe is accepting bids for Water Distribution Materials for the 2015-2016 fiscal year. Bids will be accepted for any or all materials. Note, due to facility spacing limitations multiple orders may be needed on awarded bid items through June 30, 2016. Bid quantities are estimated based on historical records and upcoming projects such that bidders shall be noticed that not all bid quantities may be ordered. All materials must be American or Canadian made products. For Water Service Connections: All materials that may come into contact with water intended for public use shall meet American National Standards Institute (ANSI). All materials must be NSF approved and must conform to the most recent AWWA specifications, other organizations accredited to test such products. Note, all applicable materials shall the NSF/ANSI 61 , Annex G and Standard 372 (0.25% Maximum Lead Content). Material certification meeting the new standard must be provided with bid submittal.
