ITB-EW-2014-25 - Water Plant Clarifiers Cathodic Portection Removal & Replacment

Summary of Specifications:
The cathodic protection design/install contractor shall provide all engineering services, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for the removal / installation of an automatically controlled rectifier that is compatible with the existing cathodic protection system within the three (3) clarifiers located within the Water Plant. The existing conduits and all associated wiring shall be utilized with the new rectifier. In the event the existing conduits and wiring cannot be utilized, this additional work with cost estimate shall be submitted to the owner(s) for approval. All work furnished shall be in accordance with A.W.W.A. Standard D104 (latest edition) and features included in this specification. The cathodic protection contractor shall be Corrpro Waterworks, or an approved equal. Note: Proposed cathodic protection system information shall be submitted with bid for review and approval before award.
