01212021 - 2021-2023 Mission/ Pickard Street Grounds Maintenance

Proposals are solicited on a lump sum basis, for the following work:
All turf and tree care in the road right-of-way on Mission St. from Pickard St. south to Maple St. • All road right-of-way brickwork maintenance on both sides of Mission St. from Pickard St. south to Bluegrass Rd. and on Pickard St. from Mission St. East to city limits at Packard Rd. • Entry wall flowerbed maintenance at the following corners: o NE corner of Mission and Bluegrass o SW corner of Mission and Pickard o SW and NW corners of Mission and Broadway • Flowerbed maintenance at the North and West corners of Broadway St. and Kinney St. monuments (WWI and WW II War Monuments).
