The general purpose of this contract is to provide 24-hour availability of manpower and
equipment for the timely removal of snow during the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-
2024 winter seasons at the Mt. Pleasant Municipal Airport, located at 5453 Airport
Road. The following snow removal policy shall govern the typical procedures for snow
removal, based on storm intensity.

1:30 p.m. (local time), on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at which time and place the bids will
be publicly opened and read. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly
marked "2021-2024 Airport Snow Removal Bid – August 10, 2021".
