SCOPE:
Base Bid -
Convert two (2) existing tennis courts into six (6) Pickleball Courts. Existing two (2)
tennis nets and posts to remain in place for base bid price. Install permanent pickleball
nets for six (6) courts. Repair, resurface, and reline all courts per base bid
specifications.
Bid Alternate -
Remove two (2) existing tennis nets and four (4) posts; furnish and install chain link
fence in place of the old tennis nets to permanently divide pickleball courts per alternate
bid specifications below.

The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, is requesting virtual submission of bids to the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan until 1:30 p.m. (local time), on April 13,
2021 at which time the bids will be opened and read.
Due to closures and adjustments related to the COVID-19 virus, bid submissions are now
required to be submitted electronically to a secure email at bid@mt-pleasant.org. Please
make sure the subject line of your email clearly states the project you are bidding (“2021 –
Island Park Pickleball Courts”). Bids must be submitted by 1:30 p.m. on April 13, 2021.
