M-20 Pedestrian Bridge over the Chippewa River. The bridge was identified for replacement by the City of Mt. Pleasant for fiscal year 2023. The City of Mt. Pleasant is looking for a consultant to provide topographic survey, design engineering, permitting, and bidding for the superstructure
replacement of the M-20 non-motorized bridge over the Chippewa River.

Qualifications Based Selection – The City of Mt. Pleasant staff will review all Qualification Packages submitted for this project. To be considered as a qualified
respondent, three copies of the Proposal Package must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked RFP: PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES – REPLACEMENT OF THE M-20 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE OVER THE CHIPPEWA RIVER, and received by the City of Mt. Pleasant at the City Clerk’s Office address listed below by 1:30 p.m., 9/6/2022. Proposal packages must be mailed or delivered to the following address:
