Qualifications Based Selection – The City of Mt. Pleasant staff will review all quotes submitted for this project. To be considered as a qualified respondent, complete the proposal and experience questionnaire and submit in a sealed envelope, clearly marked RFQ: RBC FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT.
