The City of Northville is requesting Bids for the construction of 2023 Sidewalk Program. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the City Hall located at 215 W. Main Street, Northville, MI 48167 until 10:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, May 3, 2023. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 2000 square feet of concrete sidewalk and curb ramp removal and replacement and related items of work. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record Bidding Documents must be downloaded from BidNet as portable document format (PDF) files.
The date that the Bidding Documents are downloaded from BidNet will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than
BidNet. Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:

A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The City of Northville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Northville.
