NOTICE TO VENDORS
The City of Northville is looking to implement a comprehensive purchasing card program to help streamline the City’s accounts payable process. The program is intended to simplify the purchasing process, maximize working capital by improving cash flow, reduce operating costs, streamline administrative processes, and take advantage of supplier discounts and potential rebates. Before implementing the program Citywide, the City will conduct a pilot program using a few City departments. The target commencement date for the proposed services is August 2023.

The City of Northville reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in proposals, to reject any and/or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to award any contract to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
5/26/2023: Issue RFP
6/21/2023: Deadline for RFP submission
6/28/2023 – 7/13/2023: Interviews and presentations (if deemed necessary)
August-September 2023: City Council approval and implementation
