Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified firms for the 14 Mile Road Pathway and Water Main project. This project consists of concrete sidewalk construction and water main extension along 14 Mile Road. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on October 12, 2015 from Spalding DeDecker, 905 S.
