Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for 2012 Parking Lot Improvements. Project consists of asphalt parking lot and access road reconstruction and rehabilitation at the Ice Arena, Ella Mae Power Park, Fire Stations #1, #2, #3, and #4, CEMS Building, and the Police Department.
