Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2017 Neighborhood Roads Program - Concrete. This project consists of reconstructing or rehabilitating concrete roads within subdivisions, adjacent concrete ADA ramp improvements, and structure rehabilitation within the road improvement limits. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on April 12, 2017 from Spalding DeDecker, 905 South Boulevard East, Rochester Hills, MI 48360 upon payment of $60 non-refundable deposit.
