The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified firms for the Bond Street Construction project. This project consists of the construction of Bond Street (formerly Flint Street), a new precast concrete culvert with endwalls and headwalls, repairs to an existing concrete culvert, water main, sanitary sewer, streambank restoration, and an underground detention system.
