Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids for the Civic Center Parking Lot and Power Park Pathways Rehabilitation Project. This project consists of HMA pavement rehabilitation work at the two sites indicated. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on April 8, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. from URS Corporation, 27777 Franklin Road, Southfield, MI 48034 (248)204-5900 upon payment of $25 non-refundable deposit. An additional, non-refundable charge of $15 will be required for mailing Bidding Documents.
