ITB-060810 Ice Arena Retrofits - Ice Arena EECBG Energy Conservation Measures

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide energy conservation retrofits which will be funded by Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds and must meet federal regulations regarding these funds. Successful contractor must be an experienced ice rink installer and service contractor with experience in ammonia systems. Contractor must have completed three ice arena projects in the last five years. Contractor with a membership in good standing with the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration is preferred.
