Event Note

The mandatory walk-through begins promptly at 2:30pm. It is the contractor’s responsibility to take traffic, weather, etc. into consideration in order to arrive at the walk-through on time. All proposers MUST participate in the walk through inspection tour conducted by Library personnel on Thursday, June 1, 2023, and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance & proposed prices.
