The City of Novi is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors for the reconfiguration of Lakeshore Park, located at 601 S. Lake Drive, Novi, MI  48377.  The project includes construction of a community center building and separate picnic shelter, and reconfiguration of the parking lot.   All project documents (project manual & drawings) are posted on the MITN website at www.mitn.info.  The list of plan holders may also be found on the MITN website.  Bidder's requests for information (RFIs) should be directed via email to Blair Reese  (Senior Project Manager at NSA Architects, Engineers & Planners), during bidding by GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY to rfi@nsa-ae.com.  "Lakeshore Park" MUST be typed into the subject line of the email.
