Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids for lift station upgrades for the Regency Centre & Knightsbridge Gate lift stations. The project consists of installing generators and appurtenances, including concrete pads, at the two existing pump station sites. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning at 1:00 pm on October 20, 2014 at Spalding DeDecker Associates, 905 South Blvd East, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 upon payment of $60 non-refundable deposit.
