Summary of Specifications:
The approximate quantities of work involved in the project are as follows : Mow and maintain approximately 163 acres of turf at multiple locations including cul-de-sacs, boulevards, greenbelts, parks and city property with an option to renew for two additional years. The City shall have the right to not extend this contract for any reason or for no reason at all.
