Additional Bidding Instructions

The contractor understands that the term of this contract is for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months, if mutually agreed to by the parties. The City shall have the right to not extend this contract for any reason or for no reason at all. The dates for completing the above mentioned work, as set forth in the contract, must be adhered to by the contractor, and any additional work will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the parties. The project quantities listed above include amounts of work to be completed in the Fall of 2018 and Spring of 2019. The project consists of several large patches on Northend Avenue from Meyers to Coolidge (approximately 2100 SYD).
