Sealed Bids for 2023 LANDSCAPE PLANTING CONTRACT will be received by the Oak Park City Clerk at the City Hall, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI 48237, until 2:00 P.M. local time, Monday, September 11, 2023. Please see Addendum No. 2 for extended bid opening.

The City of Oak Park in partnership with the Oak Park Corridor Improvement Authority (CIA) is requesting proposals for the summer planting program at various locations throughout the City. The work is outlined in the RFP and may include all of the following services: landscaping of median islands on Nine Mile Road and 4 City welcome signs.

The following stipulations are included and must be part of the proposal:

Bids are to include the entire scope of the proposal. Bids offering only parts or sections will not be considered.
The City of Oak Park is a government agency and pricing should be tax exempt.
Services must be completed by October 30, 2023.

In order to verify payment, Contractor shall complete and email log sheets of work performed. Log sheets shall indicate date, location, quantities used and work completed.
Schedule and work activities must be conducted Monday through Saturday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The City will not provide equipment or material storage facilities for the contractor unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Sealed Bids for 2023 LANDSCAPE PLANTING CONTRACT will be received by the Oak Park City Clerk at the City Hall, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI 48237, until 2:00 P.M. local time, Monday, September 11, 2023.
The City of Oak Park, Michigan reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion in whole or in part for any reason or for no reason at all. Any informalities or irregularities in bids may be waived by the City of Oak Park for any reason, or for no reason at all, in the sole discretion of the City. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.

Address all bids to the CITY CLERK, in a sealed envelop which clearly states:
