Summary of Specifications:
The City of Oak park has prepared a Request for Proposals seeking to secure the services of a qualified firm to provide investment management services to one or both of the city’s two pension systems. The city’s defined benefit pension plan had $61.4 million in assets as of May 2013. As of July 1, 2013, the assets will be divided between the two systems on roughly a 60/40 basis. Further information and specifications may be obtained from the Oak Park Finance Office, 13600 Oak Park Blvd, Oak Park, Michigan 48237, during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, calling Phillip Miller at 248-691-7491. Bids are due by 4:00pm (EDT) on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 to the City Clerk’s office at the same address.
