RFP-JH-DIG Part 2 - 2014 Downtown Infrastructure Grant Bid-Part 2

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Owosso is accepting bids for the construction of a retaining wall and kayak launch in the Project 2014 Downtown Infrastructure Improvements-Part 2. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier check, certified check, money order, or bid bond, payable to the City of Owosso, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the proposal, as a proposal guarantee. Proposal guarantee of the bidders under consideration will be returned after approval of the contract by the City of Owosso. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract.
